Kimberly Sabatini is a former Special Education Teacher who is now a very busy Domestic Engineer. She lives in New York’s Hudson Valley with her husband, three teen boys and a slightly naughty German Shepherd. Kimberly writes Young Adult fiction and is the winner of the 2016 Alice Curtis Desmond Award. She’s represented by Michelle Wolfson of Wolfson Literary Agency and TOUCHING THE SURFACE is her debut novel. (Simon Pulse – Simon & Schuster)

Kimberly Sabatini is a former Special Education Teacher who is an author and busy Domestic Engineer. Kimberly grew up in Beacon, NY and after college, traveled to Germany, Arizona and North Carolina as a military spouse. Now back in New York’s Hudson Valley with her husband, three teen boys and a slightly naughty German Shepherd, she is surrounded by a never-ending amount of story ideas. Kimberly is best known for her Young Adult fiction (TOUCHING THE SURFACE- Simon Pulse/Simon & Schuster) and is the winner of the 2016 Alice Curtis Desmond Award. Additionally, Kimberly is the NY: Eastern Upstate Assistant Regional Advisor for the SCBWI (Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators). She is represented by Michelle Wolfson of Wolfson Literary Agency.
