The Mid-Sized Bio
Kimberly writes Young Adult fiction and is the winner of the 2016 Alice Curtis Desmond Award. She’s currently an empty nester with three boys in college and lives in New York’s Hudson Valley with her husband. Kimberly grew up in Beacon, NY and after college, traveled to Germany, Arizona and North Carolina as a military spouse. She also spent time as a Special Educator. When she isn’t writing or visiting her kids, she loves to knit, still takes dance classes at her childhood studio, and is trying to learn to play the piano. Her husband wishes she’d clean up that pile of “stuff” in the corner. Kimberly is represented by Michelle Wolfson of Wolfson Literary Agency, who she adores, and TOUCHING THE SURFACE is her debut novel. (Simon Pulse – Simon & Schuster)
